August 04, 2020, Denver, CO – Eventus Solutions Group, a leading Customer Experience (CX) strategy, consulting, managed solutions, and contact center technology company, today announced the addition of CX industry veteran Karl Holzthum as Senior Vice President.
Holzthum joins the senior leadership team with a focus on vertical industry solutions, partner ecosystem expansion, and support of the company’s accelerating growth in key strategic areas including cloud, big data analytics, and open technology integration.

Before joining Eventus, he contributed in re-positioning Skyhook, a Liberty Broadband company in the area of Data Insights that provides unique contextual “time and place” global location data for the marketing, safety, and IoT.
After several years at NexxPhase, a leader in Open Customer Engagement platforms, Holzthum lead the sale of that company which now sits inside Verint, and before that served at Echopass, before the successful sale of that pure cloud contact center business to Genesys in 2013.
Holzthum lead Worldwide Channels and Alliances for Genesys for eight years, following on his early career posts at Stream Global Services, Teletech and Sun Microsystem where he grew the Communications and Media Regions from 10M to over 500M in annual revenue. He holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Susquehanna University.
