Jeff Tropeano is a lifelong technologist, and a 13-year career contact center leader, bringing deep technology expertise to contact center operations. As an experienced leader in delivering and servicing cloud-based software technologies, his expertise is with CRM, customer experience design, technical architecture consulting, project management, and solutions implementation.

Brad Scott
Enterprise Communications Consulting
Brad leads the Enterprise Communications Consulting practice at Eventus Solutions Group. Prior to joining Eventus, Brad served as the SVP of Worldwide Professional Services and Education at Aspect Software where he led over 450 enterprise and cloud professionals in North America, EMEA, Asia, ANZ, and Latin America. Earlier, he has built multiple professional services and support organizations in multiple verticals across the globe including Nuance Software, IBM, Liberty Medical and Anthem BCBS.
